Strategist and co-founder of CrocoCode.

He is responsible for the company’s business development and technology direction, combining product, UX and business scaling expertise. He has experience in projects worth hundreds of millions of zlotys, including. in the MedTech (AI) and DeepTech industries. He has worked for brands such as AWST (Singapore), Cardano (UK) and FAME MMA (Poland), transferring global standards to the local market.

At CrocoCode, he designs processes that connect technology to a viable business goal, from the first workshop to full implementation.

Krzysztof Wicher

Co-founder and technology architect of CrocoCode.

For more than a decade, he has been designing and overseeing the implementation of digital products, from mobile applications to enterprise-class systems. He specializes in developing technical structures, design processes and integrations based on AI, CRM and proprietary solutions.

At CrocoCode, he is responsible for code consistency, the pace of deployments and the technology culture of the team. He makes sure that each project is not only stable, but also ready to scale.

Adam Gajdzinski

Entrepreneur, investor and advisor with over 35 years of experience in building and scaling companies.

He has twice led companies to successful IPOs (Mieszko SA, Hyperion SA), each with capitalizations exceeding €50 million. Today, he focuses on venture building and strategic consulting at Elite Capital Partners, supporting the growth of companies in the IT, industrial tech, agro, pets, proptech and deeptech sectors.

At CrocoCode, he brings experience in financing and business development – supporting the team in investment decisions and long-term growth strategy.

Simon Lekstan

Co-founder and leader of the REAKTO project, which is redefining the security industry with Drone-as-a-Service technology.

He is responsible for the company’s operations and financial strategy, combining experience in management and logistics with a modern approach to scaling technology businesses.

At REAKTO and CrocoCode, he represents innovation-driven partnerships from concept to implementation of an autonomous patrol drone system for the B2B sector. In 2023, he successfully raised more than €1 million in funding to develop the technology and prepare for a NewConnect IPO.

Filip Baranski

Technology leader and co-founder of the GeniusCare platform, which combines artificial intelligence with physiotherapy and telemedicine.

He specializes in projects at the intersection of MedTech and AI, where technology makes a real difference in the quality of life of users. Under his guidance, the “Virtual Physiotherapist” was created – a system for analyzing patient movement in real time, piloted in medical facilities, increasing the efficiency of rehabilitation by more than 30%.

At CrocoCode, he collaborates on health-tech, automation and data analytics projects.
