Minimalist lead magnet that turns visitors into business customers.

About the Project

FleetFamily is a company specializing in car rental for corporate employees – mainly premium Toyota and Lexus models. The client needed a website that would act as an effective lead magnet, attracting potential business customers and allowing them to easily contact and access their current car offerings.
The design had to be simple, fast and direct – without unnecessary embellishments, but with maximum emphasis on conversion. FleetFamily wanted to present its offer in a professional manner, emphasizing the benefits to businesses while making the process of collecting leads easy.
The goal was to create a complete solution from the ground up – from UX concept, to development, to integration with an internal lead management system and a catalog of available vehicles.

Expectations

The main goal of the project was to create an effective lead generation website that would easily present a car rental offer for businesses and encourage contact. The client needed a solution that would:

  1. Fast-loading – the site must load instantly, because potential business customers don’t have time to wait.
  2. Minimalist and clear – no unnecessary distractions. The message should be clear: who we are, what we offer, how to contact us.
  3. Effective at generating leads – the contact form should be intuitive and easily accessible at every stage of browsing.
  4. Integrated with CRM system – all requests must automatically go into the customer’s internal system so that the sales team can respond quickly.
  5. Linked to a car catalog – users should have access to the current range of available premium vehicles (Toyota, Lexus), which increases the credibility and concreteness of the offer.
  6. Professional in perception – the site is meant to build trust and show FleetFamily as a partner for large companies, not a small, local rental company.

Challenges

Prior to our collaboration, the client did not have a website, which made it significantly more difficult to reach potential business customers and build brand credibility. We identified several key challenges:
  • Lack of online presence – the company operated mainly on the basis of recommendations and face-to-face contacts, which limited its ability to attract new B2B customers.
  • No system for collecting leads – there was no clear process for potential customers to easily leave their contact information and receive an offer.
  • Difficulty in presenting the offer – without an online catalog, the customer had to send offers manually, which lengthened the sales process and reduced the chance of closing the deal.
  • Lack of automation – all requests and inquiries were handled manually, which took a lot of time and made it difficult to scale the business.

Project Process

To begin, we conducted a detailed analysis of the client’s business, target audience (HR managers, company COOs) and major competitors in the B2B fleet rental market. We determined that simplicity was the key – the site had to work like a digital business card with a contact form, rather than a complex e-commerce catalog.
We designed a minimalist structure for the site focused on three key elements: presentation of the offer, business benefits and a contact form. Each section was thoughtfully designed to smoothly guide the user to action – leaving contact information.
We created a clean, professional design that emphasizes the premium nature of the vehicles offered (Toyota, Lexus). The color scheme and typography were chosen to make the site look elegant but not overdone, which builds trust with corporate clients.
We built the site on WordPress with custom modules tailored to the client’s needs. It was crucial to create an integration with the client’s internal CRM system and car catalog so that the offer is always up-to-date and automatically synchronized.
We conducted performance, responsiveness and integration tests. After implementation, we provided ongoing technical support and maintenance of the site, ensuring its security and smooth operation.

Solutions

To meet customer expectations and create an effective lead magnet, we focused on simplicity, speed and automation. The FleetFamily website was designed to minimize barriers to contacting the company and maximize the number of valuable requests.
  • Simplicity above all – every element of the site serves one purpose: to convince the user to contact you. No distractions, just a clear message of value.

  • Loading speed – the site has been optimized for performance, so it loads instantly even on a weaker mobile connection.

  • Responsive on any device – Fully responsive design makes the website look and work equally well on desktop, tablet and smartphone.

  1. Minimalist design focused on conversion

We designed the site based on the “less is more” principle. Clean layout, large white spaces and clear CTAs make the user immediately know what to do. The contact form is always visible and easily accessible, and the presentation of the offer is simple and concrete – without unnecessary embellishments.
  2. CRM integration and lead automation

We created a custom integration between the site and the client’s internal lead management system. Each form submission goes automatically into the CRM, eliminating manual transcription of data and speeding up the sales team’s response. This saves time and increases the efficiency of commercial activities.
  3. Dynamic premium car catalog

We integrated the site with the customer’s catalog of available vehicles (Toyota, Lexus), so users can view current availability in real time. Automatic synchronization ensures that the offerings are always up-to-date without having to manually update the content on the site.
  4. Mobile optimization and speed

We optimized the site for mobile devices because we know that many business decision makers browse on their phones. Fast loading, intuitive navigation and an easy-to-use form on small screens increase the chance of conversions.

Effects

The implementation of the FleetFamily project brought tangible benefits to the client and significantly facilitated the acquisition of new business customers. Thanks to the modern lead magnet, the company gained a professional online presence and an effective tool for generating valuable requests.

Customer satisfaction – FleetFamily was very satisfied with the end result. The site fully met expectations, and the process of cooperation went smoothly and without problems.

Automation of the sales process – integration with the CRM system has significantly simplified the handling of requests and reduced the response time to inquiries from potential customers.

Professional image – the site strengthened the credibility of the FleetFamily brand as a partner for large companies, not a small local rental company.

Effective lead generation – an intuitive contact form and clear presentation of the offer increased the number of valuable requests from companies interested in renting a fleet of cars.

Business scalability – with automation and online presence, the client can now scale more easily without having to increase the resources of the sales team.
