What does our process look like?

Workshop & Discovery

We start by understanding your business, goals and users. Together we define the scope of the project, key functionalities and metrics for success. We don’t make assumptions – we talk, analyze, and design a strategy.

Strategy & Architecture

We design the information architecture, site structure and site map. We define the main user paths and conversion points. This is the foundation on which the entire project stands.

UX/UI Design

We create interactive prototypes that you can click on and test. We design the interface with usability, aesthetics and business purpose in mind. All in Figma, with full commenting and iteration capabilities.

Development & Integrations

We implement the project using best practices: clean code, performance, security and SEO. We integrate with external systems (CRM, payments, mailing, analytics). We show progress on an ongoing basis.

Testing, Launch & Follow-up

We test everything before release: performance, responsiveness, browser compatibility. After deployment, we monitor data, analyze user behavior and suggest optimizations. We don’t leave you after deployment.
