Redesign of a wellbeing platform that combines beautiful design with CRM functionality.

About the Project

Mental Benefits is a one-stop psychological care platform for corporate employees, offering 1:1 consultations with specialists, chat with a psychologist, telephone counseling, crisis intervention and access to an extensive database of educational materials – webinars, expert articles, interviews, podcasts, e-books, infographics and nutrition plans.
The company operates on the philosophy that quality always wins out over price compromises. Mental Benefits does not pursue projects where cost reduction comes at the expense of value and efficiency. Their activities are not just about service, but about having a real impact on people’s lives – improving clients’ business performance and enhancing employees’ quality of life.
The client needed a comprehensive redesign – from visual concept to UX to advanced integrations with marketing and CRM systems. The project had to reflect the modern character of the brand, facilitate the generation of B2B leads and streamline internal customer service processes.

Expectations

The main goal of the project was to create a modern, professional platform that not only beautifully presents Mental Benefits’ offerings, but most importantly, effectively supports business and marketing processes. The client expected a solution that would:

  1. Visually appealing and modern – the outdated previous website did not convey the brand’s professionalism and innovation. The new design was intended to show Mental Benefits as a leader in the wellbeing industry, combining expertise with a modern approach.
  2. Intuitive to navigate – potential B2B customers (HR managers, corporate executives) need to quickly understand the offerings and benefits of implementing a wellbeing platform in their organization.
  3. Effective at generating leads – the site is intended to be a sales tool that automatically collects inquiries from interested companies and directs them to the appropriate service process.
  4. Integrated with marketing systems – full integration with HubSpot (CRM) and Mailerlite (mailing) was to automate communication with leads and customers, eliminating manual transcription of data.
  5. Equipped with a customer service system – an internal panel for customer relationship management, activity tracking and communication automation.
  6. Responsive and fast – the platform must run smoothly on all devices, especially mobile, as decision makers often browse on the go.

Challenges

Prior to the partnership, Mental Benefits had an outdated website that did not reflect the brand’s professionalism and made it difficult to attract new B2B clients. We identified several key challenges:
  • Outdated design and visual chaos – the previous website failed to keep up with the company’s rapid growth and did not reflect the modern nature of the wellbeing platform. The aesthetics and UX put off potential business customers.
  • Unclear value communication – visitors to the site did not immediately understand what Mental Benefits stood for and why it was worth implementing their solution. The offer was unclear and the benefits for businesses were poorly displayed.
  • Lack of marketing automation – all leads were collected manually and transcribed into CRM systems. There was a lack of integration with marketing tools, which generated a huge amount of administrative work and delayed response to inquiries.
  • Ineffective lead generation – contact forms were not intuitive and the conversion path was too long. Potential customers often gave up before sending an inquiry.
  • Lack of a customer service system – The Mental Benefits team had no central tool to manage customer relationships and track customer activity. Everything was done chaotically through emails and phone calls.

Project Process

We started with an in-depth audit of the existing site, a competitive analysis of the wellbeing industry, and a strategy workshop with the Mental Benefits team. We understood the specifics of the B2B mental health market, the target personas (HR managers, CEOs) and the key value propositions that needed to be exposed.
We designed the new site structure with an emphasis on clear communication of value and a simple conversion path. We made sure that each section leads the user to a specific action – contact, download materials or sign up for a platform demo. The key was to eliminate barriers and shorten the path to the lead.
We created a modern, clear design that combines professionalism with warmth – which is key in the wellbeing industry. The color scheme, typography and visual elements emphasize trust, expertise and concern for people. All in line with the latest trends in web design, but with a timeless elegance.
We built the site on WordPress with extensive functionality and dedicated code. A key component was integration with HubSpot (automatic transfer of leads to CRM) and Mailerlite (automation of email campaigns). We also created an internal customer service system that allows the Mental Benefits team to effectively manage relationships.
We conducted performance, responsiveness, integration and user testing with representatives of the target audience. After implementation, we provided full technical support and training for the client’s team on how to use the new functionalities.

Solutions

In order to meet all of the client’s expectations, we carried out a comprehensive redesign of the platform – from the visual concept, to UX, to advanced integrations with marketing systems. We created a solution that not only looks beautiful, but most importantly effectively supports the B2B sales process.
  • Beauty combined with functionality – aesthetics and user experience go hand in hand. The site is not only eye-catching, but most importantly, it effectively converts visitors into leads.
  • Automation every step of the way – integrations with HubSpot and Mailerlite eliminate manual work and ensure that no lead is missed.
  • All in accordance with the art – every element of the project has been thought out and designed in accordance with the best practices of UX, design and development.
  1. Modern design that emphasizes an expert approach

We created a clean, elegant design that builds trust at first sight and shows Mental Benefits as a professional wellbeing platform. The color scheme and typography were chosen to combine professionalism with warmth – which is key in the mental health industry. Large white spaces, a clear hierarchy of information and high-quality photography make the site look premium and catch the eye of the B2B target audience.
  2. Intuitive conversion path and lead generation

We redesigned the entire user path with an emphasis on maximizing conversions. Contact forms are simple, accessible at every stage of the browsing experience, and do not require redundant information. We strategically placed call-to-actions to naturally lead visitors to the contact. In addition, we implemented smart forms that adapt to the context and stage of the purchase path.
  3. Full integration with HubSpot and Mailerlite

We integrated the site with HubSpot CRM, so each lead automatically goes into the system with all the necessary data – source, activity on the site, interests. Integration with Mailerlite allows new leads to be automatically added to relevant email campaigns and nurturing sequences. The Mental Benefits team saves dozens of hours of work per week and can focus on actual customer service, not administration.
  4. Internal customer service system

We have created a dedicated client management panel integrated with the platform. The Mental Benefits team can track customer activity, manage communications, assign account managers and monitor the entire sales process in one place. The system automatically notifies the appropriate people about new leads and requires a response, eliminating the risk of missed inquiries.
  5. Responsiveness and performance optimization

We optimized the site for loading speed and smoothness on all devices. We paid special attention to the mobile version, because we know that decision makers often browse on the go between meetings. Responsive design makes the site look equally good on smartphones, tablets and desktops, and all features work seamlessly regardless of the device.

Effects

A comprehensive redesign of the Mental Benefits platform has brought tangible benefits both in the area of brand image and business process efficiency. The new website not only presents the offer beautifully, but, above all, effectively supports sales and automates communication with customers.

Modern brand image – Mental Benefits has acquired a visual identity that conveys professionalism, innovation and an expert approach to wellbeing. The site builds trust and shows the company as a leader in the industry.

Marketing process automation – integration with HubSpot and Mailerlite has eliminated manual work in handling leads and mailing campaigns. The team saves dozens of hours per week and can focus on strategic activities.

Improved lead generation – An intuitive conversion path and strategically placed forms make it easier for potential customers to contact Mental Benefits. Each inquiry automatically enters the system and is handled in a timely manner.

Centralize customer service – an in-house CRM system allows the team to effectively manage customer relationships, track activity and coordinate sales activities without email chaos.

Scalability of the solution – the platform has been built to easily add new features, content and integrations without rebuilding the structure.

Compliance with best practices – the entire project was executed according to art – from design, to UX, to integrations and development. Mental Benefits received a solution at the highest technical and aesthetic level.
