About the Project
MiniJordan is an online store specializing in the sale of limited and hyp shoes and streetwear apparel. The project aimed to create an aesthetically pleasing, modern and functional site that would reflect the exclusive nature of the products offered and provide users with a convenient shopping experience. The store was to be intuitive, transparent and tailored to the expectations of the target group – young fashion enthusiasts who value high standards.
The owner of MiniJordan wanted to create an online store that was not only functional, but also reflected the exclusive nature of their offerings.
Expectations
The main goal of the project was to create a modern, clear and functional website that reflects the exclusive nature of the MiniJordan brand. Expectations focused on premium aesthetics, intuitive navigation and a convenient shopping process. The client wanted the site to stand out from the competition and provide users with a comfortable shopping experience.
- The site had to look premium – without unnecessary embellishments, but with a strong focus on aesthetics and clarity. It should be immediately clear to customers that they are dealing with a brand that offers exclusive and limited products.
- Users need to find what they are looking for quickly, without unnecessary clicking and guessing. The client wanted a well-organized menu, a logical structure and a clear layout of categories, so that browsing the offer was intuitive.
- Lack of effective product filtering is one of the biggest problems of online stores. MiniJordan needed a system that would allow customers to quickly sort products by size, availability and category, which was expected to make the buying decision easier and reduce search time.
- Every additional step in the purchase process is a potential reason for a customer to abandon. Therefore, the expectation was to simplify the purchase path as much as possible – from selecting a product, to adding it to the shopping cart, to finalizing the transaction, so that the shopping experience would be quick and seamless.

During our analysis of the requirements and the existing website, we identified several key issues:
